Association Typographique Internationale (ATypI for short) is an independent, non-profit organisation dedicated to typography, type design, and typographic research. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of California, United States.
Since 1957, ATypI has connected designers, type foundries, educators, developers, publishers, and students from around the world, creating a platform for exchange, collaboration, and education across cultures and writing systems.
ATypI’s activities include the international conference series, educational initiatives, the Country Delegates network, publications, and community projects that support the global typographic field. Maintaining these activities requires ongoing support from the international community.
There are several ways to support ATypI.
Supporter Program
The ATypI Supporter Program is a yearly contribution that helps sustain the Association and its ongoing activities.
Supporters are studios, foundries, companies, and individuals who believe in the importance of our independent international platform for typography and choose to actively support its long-term development.
By becoming a Supporter, you are publicly recognised as part of the community that makes ATypI possible. Your name is acknowledged across ATypI platforms and events, as a visible sign of support for the field of typography.
The Supporter Program is not a sponsorship and does not include promotional benefits. It is a way to stand behind what ATypI does – collectively and visibly – as part of the international typographic community.
Conference Sponsorship
ATypI conferences are made possible through the support of sponsors.
Conference sponsorship is intended for companies and organisations that wish to support a specific event and receive visibility during the conference through sponsorship packages.
