Speaker Thy Ha

Thy Hà is a Vietnamese designer currently based in Melbourne, Australia. Thy creates websites by day and designs fonts by night. She is a member of both Lưu Chữ and Counter Forms collectives. She was a finalist of The Malee Scholarship 2021 funded by Sharp Type. Seeing how type design is still perceived as a ‘Western-centric’ discipline, she hopes to minimise the dissimilarity gap between the markets in the future.
