Speaker Kadir Kurtuluş

Kadir Kurtuluş is an intellectual property lawyer and managing partner of Kurtuluş Partners, an Istanbul-based lawfirm. He advises international type foundries and font platforms on licensing, compliance, and intellectual propertyrights. He is the founder of Genius Data, a typography intelligence platform that scans websites, mobile applications,and epubs — hundreds of millions of digital assets — at the metadata level, and publishes research measuring globaltrends in font usage. Working at the intersection of law and data science, he writes and speaks on the economicstructure of the typography market.
