Speaker Borys Kosmynka

Borys Kosmynka, PhD is a typeface designer, typography consultant and co-founder of Capitalics Warsaw Type Foundry, working across custom typeface design, typographic strategy and font engineering. He has collaborated with Brody Associates as a Senior Typeface Designer and with Font Bureau on the Amstelvar Avar2 variable font project. He serves on the Board of Directors of ATypI, teaches typography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, and is one of the authors of Typoteka.pl, the first digital archive of Polish typefaces.
