Wikitype seeks to create a dynamic online educational platform where designers, researchers and educators can contribute to, refine, and expand a shared typographic taxonomy that reflects the diversity of global scripts.
The session will introduce the project’s conceptual foundations, development process, and strategic roadmap, including its crowdfunding goals and community engagement plan. Participants will also preview the promotional video accompanying the campaign and gain insights into how Wikitype aims to democratize access to typographic knowledge and foster cross-cultural dialogue within the design community.
