Nominations for election to the ATypI Board of Directors are now open.
The election will be conducted online. All current dues-paying ATypI members in good standing are eligible to run for a seat on the board, and all current paid members are eligible to vote in the election.
This election is for five open seats, each with three-year terms beginning October 1, 2024.
Two seats are currently held by board members who are completing two consecutive three-year terms, the limit allowed by the ATypI bylaws. These members are not eligible to run for another consecutive board term, and their current terms will end by September 17, 2024.
The other three seats are open due to board members departing from the board before completing their first or second terms.
Those interested in standing for election should ensure that their ATypI membership is current, with dues paid through the next year. Join or renew here. The deadline to submit the self-nomination form is 11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Time (New York / EDT / UTC–4), Friday, August 30, 2024.
Member voting period is September 18–30, 2024. Candidates will be informed of the results on September 30, 2024.
Election results will be announced the week of September 30, 2024. New board members will be introduced at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held online on October 11, 2024.
