Step into the world of traditional letterpress printing at the letterpress studio in the Royal Danish Academy. This hands-on workshop offers participants the chance to engage directly with the craft of letterpress, exploring its rich history and influence on typographic design. Participants will work and engage with original Danish printing presses and materials, gaining insight into the techniques that have shaped the visual culture of typography.
Each session is limited to 10 participants (working in pairs) and will be facilitated by Tine Kjølsen, graphic designer, master printmaker and lecturer of Visual Communication, Institute of Visual Design at the Royal Danish Academy.
