Community delegate report

A couple of polite reminders, to make our life easier: If there’s a lot of things going on in your country, consider  focusing on the most important ones. If there’s not too much, try to give a more general overview of developments. If this is the first report for a country, try to give a good  briefing on the typographic scene; cover education, the market, events  and publications, and so on. Try to avoid lists: the reports are intended to be read as prose.
