General information

TypeTech Forum on Wednesday & Thursday, September 12 &13

Registration includes your choice of tutorials/workshops, refreshment breaks, lunch, entry to the exhibition area as well as a conference T-shirt.

Conference on Friday-Sunday, September 14–16

Conference registration includes three days of Conference sessions, refreshment breaks and lunches, a Special Event Dinner and entry to the exhibition area as well as a Conference T-shirt.

Pre-conference tours

A choice of all-day tours on Wednesday & Thursday, 12 &13 September. Tours may be cancelled if there are not enough participants.

Conference accommodation

If you are not making your own hotel arrangements we have secured some rooms in University-owned accommodation (see the accommodation page). If you want to use this, please book when registering - places are limited.

Conference registration prices

All prices are in US Dollars. When you pay online you will be billed in your local currency at the exchange rate prevailing at the time.

Groups

Groups of five or more people attract a discount of 10%. Discount cannot be combined with other concessions (eg student or 'associate' rates).

Accommodation

Accommodation in University Halls Residence, must be booked and paid with registration. Minimum stay: 2 nights. For full details see the accommodation page.

$62.50 per night

Tours

For details see the tours page. Please book and pay with registration (late tour booking may be possible, but we have to confirm the tours early and one or more could be cancelled for lack of numbers). Tours do not include the cost of lunch.

By arrangement with the Secretariat, you can pay by cheque or wire transfer. See details on the ATypI Store.

Cancellation/substitution policy

Cancellations received and post-marked prior to August 31, 2007 will receive an 80% refund to be mailed after the Conference. After August 31, 2007, there will be a 20% refund issued.

Substitutions will be permitted to September 12, 2007.
